Shipping Policy

We focus on creating the artwork. Printing, packing, and shipping are handled directly by a certified Hahnemühle print studio in Sweden.

All artworks are produced, packaged, and shipped from the same location to reduce unnecessary handling and ensure consistent quality from print to delivery.

Packaging

Unframed prints are carefully produced and packed by the printer, rolled in a protective tube, and placed inside a sturdy box.
Mounted and framed artworks are carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

Framed artwork shipping

Framed artworks are only available for shipping to the following countries:

Sweden, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, Belgium, Ireland, Croatia, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Italy, Austria, Spain, and the Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania).

Shipping costs

• Within Sweden: 49 SEK

• Within EU: 100 SEK

• Outside EU: 400 SEK

Estimated delivery times

• Sweden: 3–6 business days

• EU: 7–10 business days

• Outside EU: up to 3 weeks

All shipments are trackable and sent via established carriers such as DHL or UPS.

Refunds & replacements

If an artwork is damaged during shipping, it will be replaced.
Unopened prints can be returned within 10 days. Return shipping costs and any international taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Disclaimer

If an item is out of stock, it will be produced within 7 days. This will be stated on the product page.
Orders are not shipped on Swedish public holidays.
