After more than 20 years, our webshop is entering its final chapter.

During the summer, orders are temporarily paused while we document the project and prepare for one final sales period in September 2026. All sales will come to an end later this year. Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about the webshop.

The webshop update

We're bringing private sales through our webshop to an end in 2026.

Jenny & Jens continues as a creative studio. We'll keep creating photography, illustration and commissioned work.

Yes. The webshop will reopen in September 2026 for one final sales period before private sales come to an end.
No. Jennyojens.com will remain online as the home of our photography, illustrations and archive. While private sales are coming to an end, our creative work continues.

Customer Support & Orders

We print on museum-grade paper from HahnemĂŒhle — one of the most trusted names in archival printing. Their papers are: Acid-free and certified archival (ISO 9706, DIN 6738, and more) Free from wood pulp and buffered with calcium carbonate Lightfast and designed to last for generations Vegan and produced to the highest environmental standards Basically: prints that hold up — physically and visually.

Yes. All orders ships with tracking. Free replacement if lost or damaged.

We recommend taking the print to a professional picture framer. Resist the urge to peek at the art when it arrives and instead take it straight there as they can treat the print with the care it deserves when undergoing the tricky process of proper unrolling. Framed correctly, it will last a lifetime or longer. However, we know many of you are gentle and capable of framing yourself, so we made you a unboxing video for you below:

VIDEO: HOW TO UNPACK.

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Because our prints are delicate and easily damaged, we can only accept returns if the print is unopened, or if it has been handled and repacked professionally (for example by a framing service). Damaged returns will not be accepted. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us, including shipping and any international taxes. To request a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
